Shift Available: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Keep motors, drives, belting, RF scan guns, and label machines in optimal condition. Diagnose and resolve issues with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Install and maintain conveyors, stretch wrap machines, sorters, motors, drives, and belts.
• Obtain certifications for scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Adhere to escalation plans and working instructions to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and help improve 5S standards.
• Work with engineers and team members, sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic/technician.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and math. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and basic computer skills are preferred.
