Staffmark is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator in Georgetown, TX, to oversee international inbound and outbound packages for shipping. Pay: $21 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 3 PM

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related industry experience; Familiarity with FedEx and UPS (WorldShip preferred), experience with ERP.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong math, customer service, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 35 lbs and stand/walk/twist/reach/stretch/squat/kneel for the full duration of each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Review production schedules and shipping documents.
• Compare physical goods to documents and report discrepancies.
• Enter data to generate packing lists and record freight information.
• Combine boxes for shipment and affix shipping labels.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare items for shipping.
• Complete inventory management tasks and maintain records.
• Process paperwork for international shipments.
• Communicate with transportation companies.
• General housekeeping tasks.
