Pay: 110,000/yr

1st Shift: Start range from 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM | End range from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in CMMS and project management software  
• Intermediate skills in debugging and troubleshooting machine systems  
• Solid understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, machine design, and automation systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics  
• Demonstrated experience in developing plans, prioritizing tasks, and executing plans to achieve operational objectives  
• Intermediate knowledge of business finance and budgeting  
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite 
• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience  
• 5+ years of progressive experience in mine maintenance or maintenance in a heavy manufacturing environment  
• Supervisory experience in a mining or manufacturing operation  

Job Duties: The Maintenance Manager will oversee safety management within the plant and quarry, providing weekly training and conducting required inspections of equipment and work sites. Daily responsibilities include providing observations and feedback communications to maintenance personnel to ensure adherence to safe work practices. This role requires the establishment of priorities for Plant Maintenance Operations, ensuring that maintenance and repair work is effectively scheduled and completed to maximize the uptime availability of plant equipment.
