Position Details:

• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the after-market sector.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing technical sales support.
• Analyze market trends and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical expertise on compressor and rotating equipment systems.
• Negotiate contracts and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar), Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in the oil & gas, power generation, refinery, or petrochemical industries.
• Previous technical experience with gas compressors or rotating equipment is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the U.S., with minimal international travel (less than 5%).
