Salary: $41,600 to $45,760 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling custodial activities and managing work order requests and event setups to support school operations.
• Serve as a backup for the Assistant Director of Facilities (Services) as needed.
• Oversee team members to ensure completion of scheduled work, requests, and event setups.
• Coordinate with school personnel to provide support for recurring events.
• Help with annual performance evaluations for day shift employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and department rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Facilities (Services) and/or Director of Facilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google applications.
• Experience in coaching, supervising, or mentoring employees (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a K-12 educational setting.
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
