Staffmark is actively seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for a distribution center at a local retail store in Windsor, CT. Shift Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday: 5 PM – 5:30 AM

Pay: $20 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience operating a Hi-Lo/reach forklift
• Must have or be willing to obtain lift operator and stock picker certifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team

Job Duties:

• Safely operate a forklift to store, restock, and remove empty pallets
• Ensure inventory accuracy by scanning merchandise and locations
• Handle material tasks including order selection, loading, and unloading
• Adhere to a 50-pound lifting requirement and stand or walk for the entire shift
