We are seeking a motivated individual to join our manufacturing client as an Extrusion Operator in Franklin, KY. If you have prior manufacturing, printing, or plastic industry experience, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18 per hour

Hours: Multiple schedules are available working 6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM

Daily tasks involve setting up and operating film extruders and auxiliary equipment, and following shop orders and instructions for resin mix and film specifications. Responsibilities include starting and adjusting machines, cleaning equipment, recording and reclaiming scrap, and maintaining records. Employees must comply with health, safety, and food safety policies and contribute to the Food Safety Management System.

Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of manufacturing experience, be capable of standing for the full duration of each shift on a concrete floor (12-hour shifts), and be able to lift 70 pounds. Steel toes are required to ensure your safety.
