Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in West Hartford, CT. You will contribute to the production of high-quality firearm components. Pay: $29.28 – $30.08 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 6:42 am – 3:12 pm

2nd Shift Hours: 3:12 pm – 11:42 pm

3rd Shift Hours: 11:42 pm – 6:42 am

Essential Functions:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of milling machine setup, operation, and programming.
• Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
