Facilities Maintenance Technician job details:

• Pay: $32/hr.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5am – 3pm, may fluctuate 

Responsibilities: 

• Conducts inspections on new construction and manages daily facility maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and modular office cabling.
• Troubleshoots diagnostic circuitry and is knowledgeable in NEC, NFPA 70E, NESC, and OSHA regulations.
• Assists in developing maintenance budgets and writing facility standards and procedures.
• Maintains plant instruction books, records, drawings, and ensures all work is accurately recorded for cost accounting.
• Performs general maintenance of all plant structures, utilities, alarm systems, HVAC, and water/wastewater systems.
• Operates specialized equipment, including conduit benders, articulating lifts, diesel telescoping lifts, and scissor lifts; familiar with medium voltage breakers and power systems.

Qualifications: Holds a Texas Journeyman License and can read and interpret one-line diagrams. Experience with plumbing, HVAC and heating a plus.
