Pay: $20.00 per hour.
Shift Availability:
- 11:00 PM / 4:00 AM Start time
- 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM Start time
Requirements:
- 1 year of prior experience mixing in a bakery or production facility
- Required to stand for long periods, be comfortable with repetitive motions, and be comfortable frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong math, reading, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and flexible regarding scheduled hours
Bakery Mixer Responsibilities:
- Lead the production line by mixing products while following recipe specifications.
- Add ingredients to the dough mixer as required per formula instructions.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, follow prescribed safety regulations, and perform related duties as the supervisor requires.
