Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: $23 per hour
As a Sales Order Processor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing and confirming purchase orders using our SAP system.
- Providing product details, pricing, and order information through phone, email, fax, or EDI.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Reviewing and correcting part numbers and pricing on purchase orders with precision.
- Coordinating shipments and working with freight carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Processing invoices and keeping accurate records of all orders.
Qualifications: Customer service experience is preferred.
