Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

Shift: 2nd Shift Hours

Responsibilities:

• Replace and install belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems.
• Address machine issues including guarding, bolt replacement, and wear-related breakdowns.
• Perform welding on machine components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, such as lubrication and upkeep of drive chains.
• Manage equipment installations, including air, water, and gas connections, and ensure proper alignment and leveling.
• Quickly resolve maintenance and mechanical issues.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems.
• Training in PLC and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
