Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Transfer and manage digital files in the Document Management System (DMS).
- Document and update procedures for file management and conversion.
- Convert physical documents to electronic formats.
- Train staff on document management software and maintain file organization.
- Perform M2M data entry and provide updates on parts and orders.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree with 5 to 8 years of document control or quality assurance experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; M2M knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
