Do you have experience working in a manufacturing environment and seeking new employment? Staffmark is hiring a Production Worker for a pioneer in the design, development, and manufacture of carbon fiber textiles for the composites industry. If you are detail-oriented and have flexible availability and at least two years of related work experience, this could be an exciting direct-hire position for you!

Pay: $17 per hour

Training Hours (1st Shift): 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday for 10-12 weeks

Scheduled Hours: After training talent will be moved to their designated shift (2nd or 3rd)

The candidate selected will produce high-quality fabrics while ensuring materials are used to minimize waste. Production Worker responsibilities include identifying materials needed, operating a loom in line with training best practices, communicating any concerns with the Team Lead or Technicians, assisting the production team as needed, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of manufacturing experience (weaving experience is a plus), and able to frequently lift 25 pounds.
