Packer Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 am – 7:15 pm one week for 3-4 consecutive shifts, then 7:00 pm – 7:15 am the next week (Will be working on a rotating schedule)
• Pay: $15/hr
• Training Hours: 8 am – 5 pm for 2 weeks

Daily tasks include ensuring the hopper is filled with compound, adjusting and calibrating equipment for proper operation, and conducting quality checks by examining, weighing, and measuring components. Employees must comply with quality system procedures, communicate and train with coworkers, package finished products, grind scrap material, prepare packaging materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
