Job Description:

Salary: $66,560 – $72,800 per year
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe work practices, following company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) consistently.
- Perform both proactive and reactive maintenance on production and process equipment.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Oversee and support contractors as necessary.
- Assist with line startups and changeovers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for managing work orders.
- Provide personal tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (reading and writing)
- Strong communication skills
- At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
