Requirements
- Experience in commercial HVAC or an applicable field.
- Updated HVAC license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Day Shift (Being on call at all times) | Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
HVAC Technician Responsibilities
- Review and approve HVAC quotes.
- Negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers.
- Train the sales and service teams.
- Support the customer service teams when dealing with vendors and/or customer issues.
- Assist with any technical questions or strategic sourcing.
- Physical requirements: the ability to lift 50 pounds and comfortable working in confined spaces (attics, basements, etc.).
