Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineering with processing quotes and answering incoming calls/emails regarding order status and technical specifications.
• Contact suppliers and vendors to check parts availability.
• Read blueprints to verify specifications and address technical questions.
• Update customers on shipment status and work progress.
• Utilize Outlook, Word, and Excel; work with AutoCAD for file and document transfers.

Experience Required: 1-3 years; ability to sit for extended periods.
