Job Description:
Staffmark is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator in Santa Ana, CA. If you’re looking to advance your career with a dynamic metal finishing facility, this temp-to-hire role could be perfect for you. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating precision cylindrical machines, ensuring high-quality workmanship using precision measuring instruments and various machinist hand tools.
Pay: $25-$28 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 am – 4 pm | Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Grind metal parts
- Use Tech Sheets, blueprints, and Purchase Orders
- Monitor equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with precision grind machines, such as CNC Studer grinders.
- Proficiency with precision measuring/inspection equipment.
- Aerospace industry experience preferred
