Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Organized, deadline-focused, and great at managing workflow.
  • Dependable, confidential, and reliable.

Job Duties: 

  • Enter, sort, and review financial data with accuracy
  • Prep weekly and monthly reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Support audits by keeping records sharp and organized
