Requirements:

  • Diploma or GED required; machining certification gets extra credit.
  • Hands-on CNC experience running lathes, mills, or both.
  • Skilled at reading blueprints and following tight specs.
  • Safety-first, detail-focused, and steady under pressure.
  • Must be able to lift, move, and stay on your feet during long shifts.

Job Duties:
