Requirements:
- Previous assembly, kitting, or manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools or basic equipment
- Safety-focused mindset
Job Duties:
- Put together and kit product component
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or pick lists
- Use tools and equipment
- Pack, label, or stage finished kits for the next step in production
- Follow PPE and safety rules
