Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read work instructions, complete production documentation, and follow quality procedures.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous robotic welding experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or factory environment.
• Ability to monitor production output while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Experience completing production, quality, scrap, and traceability documentation preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and quality control procedures.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and other required PPE.

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment to meet or exceed production goals.
• Monitor machine operation and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production paperwork including quality reports, timekeeping records, scrap reports, and traceability documentation.
• Remove materials from containers, process products according to specifications, and place finished goods into designated containers.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work area.
• Communicate effectively with production coordinators, supervisors, and team members regarding production and quality issues.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Robotic Welder you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.

1. Operation of production machinery or other production related functions. Must meet or exceed production standards. 2. Periodically checks for quality of product and maintains proper reports. 3. Fills out paperwork properly (quality, time sheet, scrap, traceability, etc). 4. Must take components or product out of containers, process as assigned, and return components or finished products to proper containers (i.e.: tubs, skids, boxes, etc.) 5. Must be able to interact with fellow associates, coordinators & managers. 6. Must follow and obey all company policies & procedures. 7. Other duties as assigned.

The Robotic Welder manufactures welded metal products through skilled MIG welding, fabrication, and quality inspection practices. This role requires technical knowledge, strong work habits, and attention to detail while supporting manufacturing operations.
