Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime as needed

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of machine operator experience in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Set up and operate automated grinding equipment to produce quality parts
- Measure raw materials and perform in-process quality audits
- Monitor grind line operations to ensure proper performance
- Troubleshoot centerless grinders, robotic cells, and related equipment
- Read blueprints and verify products meet specifications
- Identify and report nonconforming materials and document production data
- Perform routine machine maintenance and daily housekeeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Hone Grinding Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
