Location: Kent, WA
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 11 AM – 9:30 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow warehouse procedures and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills and warehouse system experience preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or warehouse administration experience
  • Previous Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience operating a Cherry Picker and Electric Pallet Jack required
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at elevated heights when using a Cherry Picker
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain safe and efficient operations
  • Train new and existing employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and productivity standards
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to achieve operational goals
  • Assist in managing daily receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory activities
  • Ensure accurate order picking, staging, assembly, loading, and shipping processes
  • Coordinate route dispatching and delivery schedules
  • Communicate with freight carriers, transportation providers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including Cherry Pickers and Electric Pallet Jacks, as needed
  • Provide leadership coverage in the absence of warehouse management
  • Support quarterly inventory counts and additional warehouse operations as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
