Job Duties
- Disassemble mechanical components using basic hand and power tools
- Clean parts using various methods and equipment
- Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects
- Organize and label parts for reassembly or further processing
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist team members with additional shop tasks as needed
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

What You Will Do
As a Mechanic Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
