Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional coursework in business, data analytics, compliance, or related fields is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, and data manipulation
- Experience working with large datasets and data validation
- Food industry, regulatory compliance, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Support compliance reporting projects related to SB-54, CO HB22, and OE SB582 requirements
- Gather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources
- Analyze data and ensure accuracy for regulatory submissions
- Create and update Excel tracking tools, reports, and dashboards
- Work with internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and document processes
- Assist with project deadlines and other compliance-related tasks as needed
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
