Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience required
  • Certified forklift operator or willingness to obtain certification
  • Ability to safely operate basic machinery and tools
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
  • Follow safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Pull and combine ingredients to create quality customer blends
  • Monitor production processes and maintain product quality
  • Troubleshoot minor production and quality issues
  • Operate bagging equipment and prepare products for shipment
  • Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials
  • Participate in 5S activities to maintain organized and safe work areas
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
