Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification, associate degree, or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a distribution center, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
- Experience maintaining automated conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V and utilizing CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) and working at heights preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Able to bend, stretch, reach overhead, climb ladders, and work in confined or awkward spaces.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment and varying operational demands.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, ASRS equipment, and facility assets.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, controls, belts, rollers, dock doors, and stretch wrappers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and motor control diagrams.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records using CMMS software.
- Support equipment installations, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance team members while supporting facility upkeep and operational efficiency.
