Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Monday – Thursday

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required; technical training in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or precision machining is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, production orders, and manufacturing documentation.
- Basic understanding of machining processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience, including CNC mill setup, machine operation, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate CNC milling machines and work from established programs, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced production environment and willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout extended work shifts.
- Capable of safely lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials, tooling, and finished components.
- Ability to work around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment while adhering to all safety requirements.
- Visual ability to inspect parts, verify measurements, and identify quality issues.
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components that meet production and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate machining operations.
- Prepare tooling, equipment, and materials for production runs while monitoring tooling condition and machine performance.
- Adjust machine and tool offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Perform quality inspections, secondary operations, part finishing, and basic preventive maintenance activities.
- Complete production schedules, record labor and material usage, and support departmental goals for quality, delivery, productivity, and cost control.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support efficient manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
