Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – FridaY
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and strong basic math skills
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive repair, or skilled labor experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills

- Assemble and help build equipment used within the construction industry
- Work with hand and power tools to complete assembly processes
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy

- Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

What You Will DoAs a Assembler you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
A Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling components, inspecting finished work, and helping products move through the production process. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining established quality standards.
