Location: Vandalia, OH
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of soldering experience required
  • Previous cup soldering experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to read and interpret written and verbal work instructions

Physical Capabilities

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed assembly work
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy over the course of a shift
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing close, detailed work
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Read and interpret written work instructions to complete assigned tasks
  • Perform wire and lead tinning using soldering pots
  • Cut, trim and form wire leads accurately using hand tools
  • Conduct visual self-inspection of completed work per IPC standards
  • Perform light assembly duties with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support production goals
  • Follow all safety practices and PPE requirements
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining organization and focus
  • Communicate and cooperate professionally with coworkers and supervisors
  • Work scheduled overtime and occasional weekends as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
