Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Production Associate will assist with manufacturing, packaging, material handling, warehouse activities, equipment operation, cleanup, and other general production duties.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math, counting, and measurement skills preferred
- Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus
- Assist in various production and manufacturing areas as needed
- Support filling, labeling, packaging, palletizing, and shipment preparation of products
- Load raw materials and production supplies into equipment or designated areas
- Move materials, finished products, and packaging supplies throughout the facility
- Operate production equipment after completing required training
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
- Complete production counts and basic documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Wear required PPE and report safety concerns immediately
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
