• Receive and prepare aged pepper mash for the blending process.
• Operate blending and mixing equipment to produce TABASCO® products according to established recipes. 
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Handle, move, and transport pepper mash barrels using a forklift, grabber attachment, or similar equipment. 
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the blending area and equipment. 
• Store ingredients properly and ensure materials are available for production. 
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety procedures. 
• Perform quality checks.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Able to pass a Forklift Training Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
