Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least three years of aerospace quality-control, inspection, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T
- Experience creating AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, scales, protractors, and gauges
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and quality-documentation skills
- CAD/CAM, CNC programming, CMM, DPD, or MBD experience preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Able to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment
Job Duties:
- Inspect aerospace products for customer, regulatory, and quality compliance
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, mylars, sketches, and tooling documents
- Perform dimensional, hardness, conductivity, and mechanical inspections
- Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
- Maintain complete and accurate quality records
- Inspect mechanical assemblies for safety and functionality
- Compare internal documentation with customer and industry requirements
- Communicate defects and quality concerns to production teams
- Maintain inspection tools, resources, and an organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
