Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with different sewing machines, including Juki, single needle, and Zig-Zag machines.
• Ability to cut steel, mesh fabric, and fiberglass fabric, and perform simple sewing tasks.
• Flexibility and willingness to support various tasks in the warehouse or sewing department.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.

Job Duties

• Draw and cut materials based on established patterns.
• Stitch together a variety of textiles using sewing machines (Juki, single needle, Zigzag) to create industrial blankets.
• Measure and piece together parts, sew in trimmings, and ensure quality control.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.

As a Industrial Sewer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
