Location: West Memphis, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required
- 6 months to 1 year of forklift operating experience required
- Experience operating Man-Up and Cherry Picker equipment preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and inventory system experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload trucks according to established procedures
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production areas
- Perform shipping, receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and replenishment activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Support warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods
- Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining productivity

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
