Now hiring for a Production Associate
Location: Multiple openings across various states
Pay Rate: Starting at $17 per hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work safely and follow quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude

• Inspect products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Report quality concerns or defective parts to supervisors immediately
• Package products into cartons, bags, or bundles as directed
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Monitor equipment and report machine issues promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Grind scrap materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report accidents or injuries immediately
• Support team operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned

What We Are Looking For: 

• GED or high school diploma required
• Forklift certs or warehouse training are a plus
• 6+ months of warehouse forklift experience
• Run sit-down, stand-up (with clamp/slip sheet attachments), and Hyster reach lifts
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including staging, palletizing, and housekeeping
• Comfortable with scanners and computer tracking
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay active
• Load/unload and stack shipments
• Organize products for storage or outbound loads
• Inspect the product and report problems
• Keep the floor safe and hazard-free
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a solid teammate
