Are you dependable and ready to work in a hands-on environment? Staffmark is hiring Production Workers to join the extrusion department—no prior experience required!

How You’ll Make It Happen:

• Handle and process scrap foam material in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Load foam sheets and materials into industrial grinding equipment for processing
• Monitor material flow and maintain efficient production operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
