Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Crew Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related role
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and small engine repair preferred
• Limited computer skills required
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Skills

• Grounds maintenance and landscaping experience
• Basic troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain company grounds, vehicles, buildings, and equipment in a neat and attractive condition
• Perform routine property and facility maintenance tasks
• Assist with landscaping, cleanup, and organization of grounds and work areas
• Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained and ready for use
• Identify and report equipment or material needs to the Facilities Manager
• Complete non-routine maintenance projects and repairs as assigned
• Support general upkeep and preventive maintenance efforts
• Perform additional duties as needed
