Skills That Get You Hired 

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of machine operation experience or equivalent technical background
• Strong mechanical aptitude — experience with motors, pumps, and valves is highly desirable
• Familiarity with basic math, computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Adaptability in a fast-paced production environment
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to work in occasionally extreme temperatures
• Note: Forklift-only experience is not a match for this role. We’re looking for true mechanical operators ready to work with complex systems — not just move materials.

On the Job

• Stand and walk for 90% of your shift
• Bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Lift (up to) 50 pounds multiple times per shift
• Use small hand tools confidently
• Drive or learn to drive powered industrial equipment like pallet mules and scissor lifts
• Safely operate in a high-noise, high-temperature industrial setting, with appropriate PPE provided
