Congratulations on being selected to work at Innomark
Staffmark and Innomark have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Innomark.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
On your first day, please arrive early to allow time for parking and getting inside the building. Enter in through Door 10 and your Staffmark Manager meet you there.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Your time is track by Innomark’s timeclock onsite. If you leave the premises for any reason, you must clock out and back in when you return.
Pay Rates
Pay Schedule
- All employees are paid weekly for hours worked the previous pay period.
- Pay week for Oldcastle APG is Sunday – Saturday.
- Pay is guaranteed to be available by 12:00 PM (noon) each Friday. If you do not receive your pay by this time, please notify us immediately. While some banks may release funds earlier, Friday is the official pay date when Staffmark processes and releases payroll

Attendance Policy
REquesting time off / IN CASE you are late or absent
Please contact Staffmark Cincinnati West Hub at (513) 741-1818 to request time off or to report you are going to be late or absent.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch / BREAKS
You will have (1) 10 minute break in the morning and (1) 20 minute lunch. All breaks are paid.
Dress Code
Acceptable Attire
- Jeans, long pants, or shorts
- T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and sweatshirts that do not contain inappropriate language or imagery
- Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required at all times for safety reasons
Unacceptable Attire
- Tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, sleeveless shirts
- Tight-fitting tops or any clothing that exposes the midriff
- Pants that sag, sit too low on the hips, or expose undergarments
- Crocs
- Pj’s
- Ear buds are not allowed
