Congratulations on being selected to work at Ultra Clean Technology!

Staffmark and Ultra Clean Technology have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and UCT.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

How to Check-In

You will enter the building through main lobby. There you will check-in with the front desk and be issued your ID.

Orientation Information

Orientation will take place in the UCT site training room on Mondays at 7:30am.

It’s important that you dress appropriately for orientation.
Acceptable – T-shirts, Polo/golf shirts, sweaters, knit tops, and casual pants or slacks (or jeans where production environment permits).

Not Acceptable – Holes in clothing, tops with spaghetti straps, halter tops, cropped tops, tank tops, flip flops, shorts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts.

Perfume, cologne, and aftershave lotion should be used in moderation, as some individuals may be sensitive to strong fragrances.

Any clothing, jewelry, or tattoo that conveys a negative statement toward a race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or is otherwise considered harassing or offensive is prohibited.

For industrial assignments, your recruiter will advise on the proper attire and PPE for each assignment.

Time Clock Procedures

You will clock in for your shift utilizing your employee ID badge.

Pay Rates

Contact your Staffmark Representative for Pay Rate. 

Pay Rates varies on job roles and shifts.
Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card

Attendance & Shifts

Instance and Points

  • No Call, No Show = 2 points
  • Unprotected and/or Unapproved Absence = 1point
  • Unprotected and/or Unapproved Tardy or Early Out of more than 30 minutes from start or end of shift = 0.5 point
  • Unprotected and/or Unapproved Tardy or Early Out of less than 30 minutes from start or end of shift = 0.25 point
  • Unprotected and/or Unapproved violation of the “Report Out” Rules = 0.5


Disciplinary Guidelines

The following point totals and conduct will result in the following disciplinary action:

  • 2 points = Verbal Warning
  • 4 points = First Written Warning
  • 6 points = Second Written Warning
  • 8 points = End of Assignment
  • 3 consecutive No Call, No Shows Employee separated for job abandonment.


An employee’s attendance record may be deemed unsatisfactory and subject to discipline based on various considerations, including whether the pattern and/or frequency of absences indicate abuse and/or whether the employee failed to adhere to call out procedures or provide sufficient notice for foreseeable time off.

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch / BREAKS

Lunches are 30 minutes so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.

Dress Code

Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!

  • Employee must wear shoes that are completely enclosed
  • Sweatshirts, hoodies and beanies are allowed but ears must be visible at all times due to safety reasons.
  • Dress comfortable, but not to the extent of pajamas
  • Appropriate PPE is required to be worn at all times.


WHAT NOT TO WEAR

  • Open-toe or open-heel shoes
  • Any visible tattoos or body art that displays or depicts nudity, obscenity, violence, or sexually suggestive design
