📅 First Day Instructions – Please Read Carefully!

🕔 Please arrive by 5:45 AM on your first day.
📍 Meet your Staffmark leader upon arrival for check-in and further instructions.
🪪 Don’t forget to bring a valid form of ID – this is required to start your shift.

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

Please be sure you are clocking in and out daily for your shift. You lunch is automatically removed. If you miss a punch please make sure you see your Staffmark Performance Manager. They will be able to correct your time.

Pay Rates

Contact your Staffmark Representative to get information on pay rates.

Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card

📌 The Importance of Attendance in the Workplace

Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to individual and team success. Being on time and present for your scheduled shifts shows responsibility, respect for your coworkers, and commitment to your role.

⏰ Good attendance helps:
✔ Keep operations running smoothly
✔ Build trust with your team and supervisors
✔ Improve your chances for promotions, and long-term opportunities

Please remember: every absence or tardy can impact the entire team. If you’re unable to attend work, it’s important to notify your supervisor or staffing contact as soon as possible.

REquesting time off / Incase you are late or absent

If you need to request time off, please be sure to follow the proper process to help us manage schedules and maintain smooth operations:

✅ Speak directly with your Performance Manager to discuss your request in advance
✅ Complete an Request Form – this is required for all time-off requests
✅ Time off is not guaranteed and must be approved based on business needs

Submitting your request early improves the chances of approval. We appreciate your communication and professionalism in helping us keep things running smoothly!

🥪 Lunch & Break Room Guidelines: 

  • Lunch is 30 minutes – no need to clock out.
  • Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks.
  • Refrigerators and microwaves are provided for your convenience.

 

Please remember:
🧼 Clean up after yourself – help keep the break area neat and respectful for everyone.

Dress Code

👕 Dress Code Guidelines 

To ensure a safe and professional work environment, please follow these dress code requirements:

  • Wear clean, comfortable slacks or pants – no shorts or ripped clothing
  • Shirts must have short or long sleeves – no tank tops or sleeveless shirts
  • Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required for safety
  • A high-visibility safety vest must be worn at all times
  • Long hair must be tied back securely to prevent safety hazards
  • Fingernails should be trimmed to avoid getting caught in equipment

To maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment, please avoid the following clothing items:

  • Worn-out or ripped t-shirts
  • Worn-out or ripped jeans
  • Sleeveless t-shirts
  • Clothing that exposes the midriff
  • Pants worn low enough to expose undergarments
  • See-through or overly sheer clothing
  • T-shirts with offensive language or images
