Welcome to the team

Congratulations on being selected to work at CSAT!

Staffmark and CSAT have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and CSAT.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

How to Check-In

Orientation Information

When: 8:15AM – 12:00PM

You Staffmark Representative will text and email to confirm orientation. 

ONCE COMPLETED WITH NEW HIRE ORIENTATION, BE PREPARED TO GO TO YOUR WORK LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF YOUR SCHEDULED TRAINING DATE.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bring a copy of your high school diploma or college degree (highest education level completed).
  • Complete and bring the Parking Permit Request form with you to be issued a parking sticker.
  • Report to a Staffmark Loss Prevention (LP) Officer and let them know you are a New Hire so they can direct you accordingly.
  • Bring a lock with you to the building you will be working to be assigned a locker

Employee Policies

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

All Staffmark Talent are required to use the time clock system to record your individual working hours, for payroll and attendance purposes. If you have questions about the policy, please come to Staffmark and we will review the policy directly with you in detail.

Attendance & Shifts

Incase you are late or absent

To report an unscheduled absence, employees must text the Staffmark office at 713-979-9862. The text message must include employee badge number, name, and reason for absence. The text message will be time stamped and recorded to the employee’s electronic employee file for accurate records.

Requesting Time Off:

Employees may take up to 15 days off in any 12-month period. Time off should be requested as soon as the need for time off is known, but no later than two days in advance, to allow management adequate time to plan for coverage. To request time off, an employee should complete a Request for Time Off form available at the Staffmark office, verify with a Staffmark representative that the number of days requested are available to use, and obtain their supervisor’s approval.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Employees on assignment at CSAT Solutions who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to begin accruing PTO on the first pay period following six (6) months of their assignment start date. Eligible employees will accrue 1.54 hours of PTO per pay period. PTO accruals are available for use in the pay period following the pay period in which they are accrued.

Other Policies

ELECTRONICS POLICY
Electronic recording/storage devices are not allowed on the warehouse floor on any CSAT property at any time.

Electronic recording/storage devices should not be used to erase, damage, copy or negate any company or customer information or data.

Electronic recording devices include, but are not limited to:

  • Cell phones or any mobile device
  • Cameras
  • iPads or other digital assistants
  • Computers or Laptops
  • USB memory stick
  • CD/DVD
  • Smart Watch
  • Any other devices that can be used to capture an image or other information stored in an electronic format.

Dress Code

  • Modest casual dress attire is appropriate
  • Khaki pants, Jeans without holes, clean and neat polo style shirts.
  • Clothing must not contain any offensive words, graphics, or pictures.
  • Shoes must be closed heel/toe shoes. No sandals, flip flops, or high heels are permitted due to safety requirements
  • Maintain personal hygiene, including : frequest showering & use of deoderant
