Staffmark and Flex have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Flex.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Once on site at Building H there will be a security stand to check in for your temporary badge. Security will require an ID or Drivers licence.
Please park at the North Parking lot and head into building H when you arrive. Orientation check in starts at 8:30am. We will be going to security to take your photo for your permanent badge and another photo for facial recognition for your timecard. You will be receiving a locker tag that goes over your shift, who your supervisor is, and your employee number. Once you receive your badge after lunch, you will be able to enter the building at any time. Please make sure to bring a lunch for your first day, there is a cafeteria where you can purchase food for your break.
Flex has multiple shifts and certain ones are only available per customer needs. Once you accept a role and shift, you would need to remain in the position for 6 months before we can make any transfers.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
You will be using a timeclock to track your hours. Clock in daily near your designated clock in station near your work area. Failure to clock in and out at the timeclock can affect your pay. Please contact Corey Vos if you have any issues with the timeclocks.
Clock in and out for scheduled shift times (3 min -/+ grace period)
After 90 days all attendance disciplinary wipes clean.

Lunches are 35 minutes. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending area and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.
