Congratulations on being selected to work at Geodis Disney!

Staffmark and Geodis Disney have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Geodis Disney.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

How to Check-In

Contact your Staffmark Representative for Check-In Information.

Orientation Information

Arrive 10 minutes early and access the building through the door W2. Don’t forget to bring your ID.

Bring a lock for lockers- no personal items may go on the worksite floor. Also, bring yourself a lunch.

No cell phone use on production floor.

No headsets or ear buds are permitted on the floor.

Please be respectful of your co-workers and do not
use offensive language.

No food of any kind allowed to enter warehouse.

Tuesday to Friday | 5:00AM to 3:30PM

B Shift
Monday to Friday | 4:00PM to 12:30AM (Midnight)

C Shift
Saturday to Monday | 4:00AM to 4:30PM

Park only in the double parking rows in the facility parking lot.

Speed limit in the lot is 10 mph.

Please do not speed in the parking lot. Use the parking located in the left side of the building.

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

You must use your Kronos card to clock in 5 minutes before or right on time to the start of your shift as it was shown to you in your orientation day. You must also use your Kronos card to clock out right on time for the end of your shift.

If you miss a punch or don’t have your card with you please see the onsite and follow instructions for corrective action.

Pay Rates

Contact your Staffmark Representative for Pay Rate Information.

Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card

Incase you are late or absent

Requesting Time Off:

If you need to request time off you have to contact us to our phone numbers, you can find them in the “how to reach us” section. All requests must be submitted and approved within 48 hours.

Please remember that all requests will be based on production availability.

Lunch / Other Policies

You will receive a 30 minute lunch. Break schedules will vary based off of department. The lunch room has microwaves, refrigerator, & an open market.

During your lunch time you can go to the designated smoke areas.

Dress Code

What to wear:

Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!

  • Shorts are permitted (no shorter than three inches above the knees.
  • Denim jeans are allowed.
  • Warm-up suits, sweatshirts and sweatpants are acceptable.
  • Hooded sweatshirts worn with the hood covering the head are not acceptable.
  • Hats are permitted.

What not to wear:

  • Halter tops.
  • Tank tops. Straps must be a minimum of one inch wide and cover undergarments.
  • Cut-off or cut-up shorts.
  • Bicycle shorts.
  • Gym/workout shorts.
  • Shirts with offensive writing, prints or symbols (as determined by management).
  • Clothes that reveal your undergarments.
  • Low cut or revealing tops, including those that reveal the midriff.
  • Torn or sheer clothing.
  • Tight or revealing clothing.

Shoes:

  • Athletic shoes are permitted.
  • No open-toe or open-heel shoes are permitted.
  • No flip flops, sandals, crocs or any open-toed shoes are permitted.
