Congratulations on being selected to work at Wesco!
Staffmark and Wesco have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Wesco.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
On-site Information
Parking
Please make sure you are parking in the employee lot.
You are not permitted to parked in visitor parking or reserved parking spots.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.

Pay Rates
Pay rate for Picking/Packing and Reach Truck Operators is $18.00 an hour
Pay Schedule
Paid weekly on Friday
Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Please text the branch @ 901-251-4400 with the following information:
- Name
- Site you work at
- Reason for being absent
- Shift

Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch break is 30 minutes.
Location has storage for lunches, refrigerator, microwaves, and vending.
Please do your part to keep the area clean.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Staffmark shift must be worn daily.
- Steel Toes are required.
- Safety vest must be worn daily.
- Long pants or jeans.
What not to wear:
- Any shirt that is not a Staffmark shirt.
- No rips, tears or frays in pants or jeans.
