Congratulations on being selected to work at Rite Aid!
Staffmark and Rite Aid have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Rite Aid.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Overtime is required for all positions as necessary after completion of your first two weeks
Picking
- Day Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm | Monday – Friday
- Night Shift: 7:00pm – 3:30am | Sunday – Thursday
Stocking
- Day Shift: 5:30am – 4pm | Monday-Saturday | 4 Day Rotating Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00pm – 5:30am | Sunday-Friday | 4 Day Rotating Schedule
Forklift
- Night Shift: 6:00pm – 4:30am | Sunday-Friday |4 Day Rotating Schedule
- Mid-Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am | Monday-Thursday
- Mid-Shift Receiver: 4:30pm-1:00am | Monday-Friday
Walkie-Rider (Noncon)
- Day Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm | Monday-Friday

Time Clock Procedures
You will use the last 4 digits of your SSN to clock in & out.
Pay Rates
Day shift $16.50/hour
Night Shift $17.05/hour
Pay Schedule
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Paid weekly on Friday
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
- Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
In the case of calling out or running late, you MUST do ALL the following:
- Reach out AT LEAST one hour in advance for call-outs.
- TEXT Staffmark at 410-297-6388 (call if text is not an option).
- Utilize your “Important Contacts List” to CALL your department to inform them.
Requesting Time Off:
Please confirm with your Staffmark Onsite and Rite Aid Manager.
Requests need to be made 7 days in advance.
Lunch / Other Policies
You will receive two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute meal time break during your shift.
Break/Lunch times are set by department and will be assigned once you start.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
What to wear:
- Jeans, shorts, sweatpants.
- T-shirt’s, sweatshirts, and hoodies.
- Knee-length shorts without rips.
- Baseball caps and beanies.
What not to wear:
- Open-toes shoes of any kind. (including Crocs)
- Spaghetti-strap tank tops.
- Shorts that are above your finger-tips. (with arms straight down to your sides)
- Displays undergarments. (bras, underwear etc.)
- Long hair that is not tied back. (risk of getting caught in conveyor belt)
- Loose or dangling jewelry. (risk of getting caught in conveyor belt)
- Extremely baggy clothing. (risk of getting caught in conveyor belt)
- Hoods that are up.
- Mesh or see-through clothing.
- Sagging clothing. (pants MUST be all the way up)
