Congratulations on being selected to work at Ready-Set-Go
Staffmark and Ready-Set-Go have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Ready-Set-Go.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
Make sure you have the address and what entrance you need to go in.
Make sure you know the dress code including any PPE Required and Company logo T-shirt if required. Dress for success!!
Are you aware of you lunch time and if the client policy allows you to leave the premises?
Confirm with your Staffmark Representative the Start time, Start Date. Arrive 10 minutes early so you can learn your way around.
Expect a call from your Staffmark Representative a couple times that day/week. Answer if you are at break, but DO NOT TAKE YOUR CELL PHONE ON THE FLOOR.

It is your responsibility to contact your Staffmark Representative via text if you are:
- Unable to report to the assignment for any reason, text us within 2 hours of your start time.
- Planning or needing to quit your assignment for any reason, we ask for a 48-hour notice and then we can talk to you about your next assignment and how we can find you a better match for you.
- You have a work-related injury or incident!!!

- Payday is EVERY FRIDAY (unless you are told otherwise)
- Our preferred method of paying you is Direct Deposit or electronic Pay card.
- If you chose to receive a paper check, it will be mailed to the address on your application. Paper checks often get delayed in the mail and typically will not arrive at your address for 3-4 days after payday.
- You must wait 7-10 days to do a STOP Payment if your check were to get lost in the mail.
- DIRECT DEPOSIT IS YOUR BEST METHOD TO GETTING YOUR CHECK ON TIME EVERY FRIDAY!
- Your Staffmark Representative share with you when you accept the assignment how your time will be turned into us.

Staffmark is committed to maintaining a productive work environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any type of bullying, harassment, or discrimination, regardless of protected class Status. You should report any issues related to this policy to your immediate supervisor, your Staffmark Representative or call the company hotline at 1-866-765-7544 or email ASKHR@staffmarkgroup.com.
If you have tested positive for Covid, or must quarantine for exposure, you MUST let a Staffmark Representative know ASAP, via TEXT. We will instruct you what the protocol is for the location you are working at.
Dress Code
It is expected that all employees will maintain a neat and clean appearance.
If you have not been told by your Staffmark Representative what the dress and PPE requirements are for your assignment, STOP AND ASK NOW!
